Printed on demand
Every map is printed just for you on the material you have chosen. It is then checked, packed and dispatched within 5 to 7 working days of receipt of payment (depending on the print queue, quantities and materials), by transporteur avec suivi (Chronopost, DPD, DHL, TNT…).
Delivery rates and times
Delivery costs are a flat rate per order, whatever the number of maps, depending on the delivery location. They are calculated automatically and shown before payment.

Delivery times are indicative and start from dispatch; we are often quicker. However, we cannot guarantee delivery before a specific date (birthday, celebration, Christmas…): please order well in advance. Would you like delivery to another country? Contact us and we will look into your request.
Packaging suited to each material
- Poster, banner and sticker: rolled in a rigid cardboard tube 110 to 160 cm long and 12 cm in diameter.
- PVC and aluminium dibond panels: flat, in a picture-style box slightly larger than the map.
Delivery against signature
Given their dimensions, our parcels do not fit through a letterbox: they are handed over in person against signature. Please give an address where someone can receive the parcel during the day, on weekdays (first name, surname and mobile phone number). An incomplete or incorrect address may result in reshipping costs.
Parcel tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you receive your parcel’s tracking number by e-mail.
Receipt
If the parcel is damaged, opened or incomplete, note your reservations with the delivery person if possible, keep the packaging and contact us within 48 hours at contact@virtuavia.com with photos: we will find a solution quickly.
